Manufacturing
Production chemist
Runs the blending and sifting operations that turn raw polymers, pigments and plasticisers into a ready-mix grade. The job is batch execution against a master formula, with the record written as the work happens rather than afterwards.
- B.Pharm, M.Pharm or B.Sc Chemistry

Quality control
Quality control chemist
Tests every batch before it is released. Loss on drying, particle size, dispersion behaviour, shade against the retained standard, and the instrument work that sits behind each of those. This is the bench a customer audit starts at.

Quality assurance
Quality assurance officer
Owns the documentation the WHO-GMP framework runs on. Batch manufacturing records, change control, deviations, cleaning records and the customer audit file. Works with QC but signs independently of it.

Research and development
Formulation and development chemist
Develops new grades and matches shades against a customer sample. Most of the work is a coating trial that did not behave, and the job is to find out why before the customer runs their next batch.

Technical service
Technical service executive
Goes to the customer plant and runs the trial with them. Sets pan speed, spray rate, bed and inlet temperature on their coater, and reports back what the grade needs changed. Travel across the manufacturing belts.

Marketing
Marketing executive
Handles enquiries from formulation units and export buyers, visits plants, and carries a trial quantity to the people who will actually run it. Technical enough to hold the conversation about a release profile.

Purchase executive
Sources polymers, pigments, plasticisers and packing against approved vendor lists, and keeps the paperwork that lets a raw material be released into production.

One works, in Una district.
Everything happens at Plot No. 30, Industrial Area Tahliwal, Tehsil Haroli, Distt. Una 174507, inside the pharmaceutical belt that runs through Baddi and Barotiwala. Manufacturing, quality control, development and despatch are all on the same site, which means the person who blends a batch can walk to the bench where it is tested.
