Product description
HR100 is a hygroscopic adsorbent material for hygroscopic drugs. It works effectively on Sodium Valproate, L-Carnitine, Valproate Sodium and other actives that pick up moisture and create problems during compression and afterwards.
Added at the blending stage ahead of compression. Where a hygroscopic active shows as sticking, picking or capping on the press, HR100 is worth trying before reworking the granulation, since it addresses the moisture rather than the binder system.
